Best chiller for the money?

What would be the best chiller for the money? I live in California and last year my fresh water tank got above 86. Just want to get prepared for this summer.

Best deal going is the Aquatherm AT3000 unit. It heats and cools.American Made. 3000 btu cooling will handle up to 250 gal tank. Very compact and quiet, fits in cabinet underneath. Email me at dwfyock@comcast.net. I'll tell you how to get one.
