Best Coral Dip?

What is the best/safest coral dip out there? After getting a frag that turned out to be covered in flat worms I think it will be a good idea to dip all my new corals. I have heard good things about kent's lugols solution.

I dip different corals in different things, but every single coral I get, gets a drop of flatworm exit in it's container.

Well, the list goes on and on, but for me... They all get the flatworm exit, as I mentioned.
SPS's also get an interceptor dip if I have it on hand
Softies and LPS's get the Iodine dips
And caps also get the iodine. In your case Lugols, in my case, Tropic Marin Pro coral cure.
Some dip zoas in freshwater too

Recently flricordia had a post about what he dips with. I think it was a full strength Kent Iodine solution. I tried it out, but was a bit sketchy on the full strength, so I have been using a 1/3 to 1/2 strength solution with the tank water I remove. Dip all corals for minute or so, then I dip them into a freshwater bowl and shake a bit to get anything off. Works like a freakin' charm, I tell you! AMAZING results! Zoas open in less than 15 minutes, leather are less than 30, and LPS are all about the same as leathers. Haven't had any softy take any longer than 30 minutes to open pretty fully.

Lugol's Solution. I use the Kent brand, and i have had amazing success. an 200 polyp colony i had lost most of its numbers from zoafungus, and after i dipped i saved about 90 percent of the ones that were left. i fragged them and dipped agin, and all are doing well!

A lot of people also use Tropic Marin Pro Coral Cure or TMPCC, good all around dip...I use it mostly for SPS.
On a side note, there is no dip that I am aware of that will treat for monti eating nudi's, extreme caution must be taken when adding montiporas to your tank and I highly recommend you inspect it thoughly for eggs and adult nudis.

I use SeaChem's Reef Dip. You can physically see how effective it is when you take the coral out of the dip and look at how much stuff is laying on the bottom of the dip bucket. It's incredible the stuff that some people put into their fish tanks.
