Best Food For Clarkii?

Hey all,
I'm thinking about getting a Clarkii clown and was curious about their eating habits.
I've read that they frequently will feed their host anenome before themselves.... since I don't have one (yet) will this be a problem?
Also some have said that they won't eat flake food? I've also read that brine shrimp are not a good idea for them... can someone clarify that?
And (lastly) what do you all feed your Clarkii?
Thanks! Sorry for all the questions but I want him/her to be happy :D
Cheers!

You could get a clarkii to eat just about anything(well a healthy one at least.) A varied diet of algae and small meaty treats work well. Prime Reef flake, vitamin enriched brine and formula 2 work good for me. Clowns are omnivores so you want a good varied diet, high in protein and fiber.

Mine eats prime reef, marine cuisine, emerald entree, enriched brine, formula one, spirulina flakes, chopped shrimp, silversides, etc. As you can see, they aren't very picky at all. Bo
