i feed mine formula one and cyclops soaked in selcon.

mysis soaked in zoe, homemade food using beth's recipe on here or get a bunch of raw shellfish, chop it up and freeze into pieces. this variety is what i feed my maroons.

I use Marine supreme. Any of the high quality foods, that contain a variety or ingredients, are good to use. Making your own is an excellent choice as well. You can tailor it to suit your fish's dietary needs.

I use rods food as well. A friend highly suggested it.

Rods food is the best!! Also he is coming out with more specialized formulas for carnivores, reef, vegetarians
and someother ones too.

RODS is awesome. SOOO nutricuos and so fine that I can only feed the 29 gal bio cube twice a week. Great stuff.

This rod's food everyone is talking about can you find it at you lfs? I've just been feeding my 2 clarkii's about 1/2 a cube of mysis a day and that's it.
