Best hang on filter

I have a 60 gallon bow front with the filter in the top, with this set up I have no room to add the cpr bak pak I have. I'm thinking of installing a hang on filter and the Bak-pak skimmer. Can anyone recomend a good hang on filter?

I'm considering a hang-on refugium for my 28 gallon tank. (No room for a sump...likely on a future tank). Could you tell me a bit about your setup? Thanks.
