Best lighting for Sump???

hi, i have an 80 gallon sump with calurpa in it and i wanted to know what the best light would be, so the calurpa grows real thick. thanks

i use a outdoor fixture that is ment to replace outdoor MH fixture. it use a 65watt 6500k pc bulb that has like a mogul screw end.. look around HD and the likes for them in the outdoor lighting area.. it's a rectangle shaped unit..
sidenote: i started 1 month ago with a small ziplock bag worth of cheato.. now it's 3x bigger!!!!
