best lighting times during day or night ?

I have my lights on timers to come on around 6 pm and go off around 11 pm and I'm ok with the times but I'm asking if theses are the best times ?

I don't think there is a right or wrong when is the best time to light your tank. I light mine from 2:30 PM until 10PM. This way the lights are on mostly when I'm home.
