Best Lighting?

Hello guys long time no see. Ive finally saved enough money to start my frag tank. Im wondering whats the best lighting to grow Chalice under?
I have some high dollar chalices I wanna frag here soon and im trying to get the tank set up, but i wanna use the best lighting for Chalice. Any help would be great. Thanks Guys!!!!!

IME they don't like a whole lot of light. VHO, T5ho, and halides would all work if the frags aren't too high up.

are you talking in a frag tank (shallow) or a regular tank (deep) I know your post says a frag tank but is it like a grow tray or a regular tank?
the best growing chalices around here are owned by greg kinnerson (not me much to my dismay) and he has the tyree watermelons growing on the sandbed in a 180g with a 6+ inch sand bed under 2x250w 14k pheonix bulbs with electronic ballasts.
he also has some growing in a shallow frag tray (3 inches under the surface) under t5-ho 10k (not sure what brand bulb)
