Best Protein Skimmer?

I don't have a protein skimmer, and want one bad.
Here are my limitations:
1. I have a $150 i could spend, although I would prefer one under $100 so that way I have some money when school starts.
2. I have a 20 gallon tank. I don't plan on moving up any time soon, but in probably a year or two, I'd like to get a 50 gallon tank. So one that would work for a 50+ gallon tank would be great.
3. I want a HO (hang on) model.
From what I have heard, a Prizm is a great deal, but at the same time I've heard it's inefficient.
Any ideas???

Prism for you is the best I think. Under 100- hang-on- rated to 90 gallons-check serach feature under prism skimmer lots of posts about it last month or so. I love mine best 70 bucks I spent in a long time for equipement.

Prizm works great on my 50 gal, and would do even better on the 20 gal. I couldn't ask for it to do any better. They are not too expensive either. I payed $70 online for mine

Iv've decided to go with the prizm. I'll order it tommorow.
I'm glad it costs so little. That way I'll be able to afford more LR (I don't have much).

$50 more for a turbofloater??????In your dreams maybe.A turbo goes for like $300 around here.And the berlin isn't too far behind...I believe that the prizm didn't work for you because of the setup you had it on.(a low bio load reef tank)...Nothing too skim in there...

i think that what i consider the best maybe what someone else considers the least.
so with that i say buy the best one you can afford.
