Why do you think you are getting the bubbles? What kind of skimmer do you have? Did you adjust air-flow and allow for "break-in period" I heard THE CORALIFES are the best skimmers, I prefer the CPR with venturi system..

ALL jebo products are JUNK, yet some people will swear by thier lighting, While my set by them is such crapola, broke down in 6 months, now replaced by a current fixture. I am a strong believer you get what you pay for, and never so much than in this hobby.

i keep a seaclone 150 in my 55g and i love it,,,it removes gunk and keeps my water spotless...i too am sumpless.....many people on here talk trash about this skimmer but i am happy with it....i do adjust it every two to three days but adjusting takes about 10 seconds.....10 seconds every 3days,,,i can live with that

i disagree with rpb (sorry denzel) i think the smaller the system is more the reason to have one, there is so little room for error in a smaller system, the water needs to be pristine you don't need a big skimmer but do get an oversized one say rated for a 65 gal. or so jmo...tobin

if you are gettin one made for a nano tank thats good, but other ones are just to big and bulky. and a lot of people have nano tanks without skimmers

And how long have you had it?
People discussed and agreed that Sclones are pc of crap for a good reason.
If you have had it for more than 3 months w/o N E probs, then you are one of those lucky persons. But ur luck won't last forever...

when i had my 29 (which is in buddy's store now) i had a seaclone hanging off the back wasn't bulky and it pulled gunk out all the time i'm gonna stick with what i originally posted, just for the record no system needs a skimmer, but all of them that have them are glad they have one afterwards, jmo...tobin
