Best size tank and there ristrictions

I am going to upgrade my current tank 35g to either a 4ftx2ftx2ft (119g) or 5ftx2ftx2ft (149g) or 6ftx2ftx2ft (179g)
In each of these tanks what are their advantages and disadvantages..?
Does the bigger tank mean i get alot more fish with its size..?

bigger the tank, more fish, more stable water parameteres, and more money$$$$

same your self some time,money and stress on the fish by upgrading only one more time.
put some thought in to it.
what do I what to keep now and down the road?
anyreally good deals? some tme you can find good deals but it may not be the right tank for you.
how much do I want to pay in lighting? the bigger the tank the more lighting it will use.
the bigger the tank the more fish you can add but also you have to pay for all the fish = lotz of $$
do you own the house? moving anytime down the road? big tanks are a pain to move.
bigger tanks stop ppl dead in there tracks when they see it for the frist time!
just some food for thought
I have a 240 and love it!! but I did not when I was moving it last month.
so in short go for the biggest tank you have room and can afford
