Best treatment for Ich

I have a FO tank with a wet/dry filter. What is the most effective treatment for a striped damsel with Ich? There are two other damsels in the tank as well and neither are showing symptoms yet. Just started noticing the "white spots" on the damsel yesterday.

Unfortunately ALL fish need treated. The best and prefered treatment is Hyposalenity. Look in the archives for the instructions.

I recently tried a similar product called Copper-Safe. Unfortunately I didnt have much luck with it. It seemed to lessen the ich on the fish, but it never completely got rid of it. This stuff handy because it is safe to use with shelled invertabrates.

Hyposalinity is by far the safest and most effective treatment for ich.
