Best Type of Salt Used

If you are interested in some reading-check out the S-15 report. Just google and it should come up. Good way to get a start on different salts on maket.

ive tried carib sea, and now tropic marine, i think the new stuff dissolves faster- people on here usually like it but its a little more$, im trying to get some people to send me enough salt to mix up 1 liter so I can go test diffrent brands on some lab grade equipment but no one even noticed the post! or the dont want to give up a few grams of salt! and spend a buck or less on postage

It's a matter of opinon, you won't get one straight answers.
IO is evil. Well to me and a few others. I love my urchins and hermits (go figure, something can kill them) to a bad bag, I now know I use test every new bag/box/bucket/jug of salt before using it. Had I tested before using it, I would still have my urchins and hermits.

Tropic Marin Pro Reef I just ordered 2-200 gallon buckets. I have already changed about 400 gallons with it and like it the calcium is at 430 but the alk is a little low. IO has been too inconsistent and too low in calcium for my reef.
