Best value T5 bulbs???

Hey peeps. Could you all tell me what the best value T5 bulbs are out there? I've looked quite a few places and I'm unsure which brand to get or where to get them. I've found some 48inch 54W T5HO 10thou K for only $10, but don't know if they would be reliable at all... Could you all post what type you like/buy and pm me where you go to get them?
I'm likely going to be getting more actinics and 10thou K bulbs.

ATI, Geisemann, and UVL are probably the best brands out now. The price depends on the bulb. Generally lower K lamps are cheaper than actinics etc. My bulbs were all between $15 and $25.
Without getting too specific, the "geek of reef" is where I buy mine. They have one of the best selections.
