Best VHO Ballast?

Where is the best &&& least expensive place to purchase a VHO ballast or retro kit?
Any 'used' equiptment sites out there that you guys know about???

keep an eye on custom aquatics site, they run great specials...also pick up a copy of FAMA magazine and look through there, i recomend PC over VHO btw, that is personal preferance though, good luck

Icecap 660 is the best VHO ballist not the cheapest but the best. Look on ---- there are great deals there.

Icecap the best?????? Maybe the most popular... But I would not say the Best.... IMO
The best? who knows..
They do make a good one though. A little on the pricey side but worth it.

Well I'd hate rehash a conflict but you should look on page three of the DIY boards. At VHO Ballast by Ren if you looking for something cheap but will it work???? Lumens is always a question of reef growers. <img src="graemlins//angel.gif" border="0" alt="[angel]" />

if you want the best go MH!! I run both mh and VHO. I love my IceCap 660. wonderful thing. you should be able to get one for like $159. (that was the going price last time i checked)
