best way 2 speed up nitrite cycle???

some people suggest not to feed,
what about if it's in my QT, should i add a small piece of LR or does that not to anything???
any other suggestions?

Try adding LS or LR from your display tank. You could of used the water from you display tank as well. Nothing is going to happen over night. Saltwater aquarium can not be rushed. Been there done that. I think eveyone has learned something from half fasting things. This should kick start your cycle. But always take your time.
