best way for refugium?

what is the easiest way to make a refugium for a wet/dry sump...

you can buy one or look online using your search engine for "do it yourself" salt water refugiums..... use a 20 - 55 gal tank or a plastic cow tank (depending on the size of your system)

what is the best way to adapt therefugium to the system??? going from the sump to the refugium or from the tank to the refugium then to the sump??
