best way to catch a clown fish

i cant catch my clown! ive been trying for 2 days. i dont want to move my LR. Any ideas?

bait him. during feeding time start to leave the net or jar or whatever inside the tank. the oer time ( a fw days start to drop the food into the container/net/whatever. eventually he will swim right in.
