Best way to get rid of bubble algae?

I was wondering what is the best way to get rid of my green bubble algae? I have heard good and bad about the lettuce nudibranch, and I am thinking of getting one. Any suggestions?

You can try popping it off as long as you don't break it open. If it breaks open it will multiply. If you can, the next time you do a water change pull the piece of rock out that has the bubble algae on it put it in the water you just took out and scrape it off. Emerald crabs are said to eat bubble algae but I've never had one. Good luck.

I have tangs and they don't eat my bubble algae. I'm afraid to get an emerald because I've heard so many times on here how mean they can be. I take the LR out, pull the bubbles off, and rinse the rock in saltwater before putting it back in.

I had some for a while. I bought a couple of emeralds that did it eat. And I pulled some out too. It was gone in a few months.

I had a couple of bubbles pop up. I put two emerald crabs in and by morning it was gone. Haven't had any since. The crabs don't seem very aggressive to me. They wave their claws at the fish if they get too close, but otherwise seem to keep to themselves. I have 10 blue leg hermits in there and they haven't bothered any of them.
