Beth or Thomas My Clown Fish is Falling Apart!!!

Please help me tell me what to do, is that brooklynella??
Should i dip it or what
Please help this was my first fish
I am sorry for posting so many i just need to know what this is and how to treat it.

If that is what your fish has then you will have to talk to Beth, I am in no way a disease guy. If indeed you have Brooklynella then most likely a formalin solution will be needed, but like I said you will need to talk to Beth or some other disease experienced person.
