I said that my clownfish was sick with ich a few days ago. Well, now my blue tang is!!! I moved him to the hospital tank with the clown. It has an aerator a heater and a big biowheel filter that belongs to my main tank. You suggested using hyposalinity. How many days should it take to bring it down? How many water changes should i do a day? I was just doing 1 50% water change for the clown and then adding more coppersafe. But that doesn't seem to work good. The fish always have the ich again in the morning! Please help since I know you are really good at hyposalinity. If anybody else knows you can help too. Thanx.

So, you ready to go with hyposalinity? Good.
To be honest, all your fish have been exposed to ick, thus they will likely all come down with it. You should think of placing them all in the hospital tank and treating them all with hyposalinity.
Here is the procedure:
First do a water change to dilute out the coppersafe, and, if you have carbon filtration, add that so that you can clean out that medication.
Hyposalinity: Over the next 2 days, in slow increments, drop you SG down to 1.009. Be sure that water that you add to your tank is the same temp and PH as your fishes' tank water. Feed your fish with garlic soaked food, and, if you have Zoe supplements, given them that too.
Maintain the low salinity at 1.009 for a min of 3 wks AFTER all signs of ick have disappeared on your fish. After the 3 weeks of clear ick, then you can slowly raise the SG of your water back to normal perimeters over the course of 1 wk.
Maintain regular water changes for maintence.
Good luck!
