I have two percs that I have been feeding nothing but flake since I got them. I would like to make sure they are getting all that they need. what are some good options to feed clowns?

Take a look at the FAQ Thread for 1 of my favorite meat eaters receipes. You can alternate this with various frozen foods that you can commonly find at the LFS. This receipe is also very much appreciated by tanks that have LR and sandbed crews.
