WITH THEM THEY SHIP REEF PACKAGES IN NO WATER DEAD ON ARIVAL THEN U LOSE THE SHIPPING AND THEY STILL MAKE MONEY ,THEY PROFIT IN LOSS OF REEF PACKAGES BEING SENT DEAD HOPFULLY THIS HELPS OTHER PEOPLE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE DO THE RESEARCH SEE FOR YOURSELF

Mike, take a deep breath.
Why don't you calm down and state exactly what has happened instead of TYPING EVERYTHING IN CAPS AND NOT SAYING ANYTHING EXCEPT SOMETHING IS DEAD?
I have dealt with SWF before and while I did have a partial issue but they were quick to help me out.
Believe it or not, shipping these critter is hard and some idiots at fed ex doesn't know any better on how to handle live contents.
I'm sorry for your loss but if you explained yourself bit better perhaps mary could have helped you better.
