Big difference in the ETSS Devil!!!

I was running the ETSS devil with a mag 7.It was skimming ok but the gate valve was halfway shut.That means the water flow was restricted some.So I added a pump that pumps around 1300gph and WOW.I keep the gate valve all the way open and control the air intake with a valve.I got a half a cup in one day of green /brown muck.
I also tried the Beckett mod which did not work with the bigger pump.Too much back pressure.Blowing water out of the air tube.So I tried the mag 7 and it worked but not as good as the bigger pump with 4 bio balls.

You will blow water out of the the air tube depending on the water height in the main riser of the skimmer.....The water line can't be above the beckett injector....
