big eyed fish

this fish keeps getting this big eye thing. He has been with me for 3 years. Off and on... he gets it it goes. He seems ok while he has it. The other fish are fine what should I do.

Popeye? Usually caused by poor water conditions or stress. What's you water parameters at, what kind of fish and how big of tank?

Specificaly, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph, and SG. What do you feed them?

It sound like chronic popeye.
