Big white clump.

on my cowfish's fins he has a big white clump. it looks like a clump of salt. is it just a big ick spot or something else?

If the spot doesn't look like ich, if it is kinda bigger than ich and looks a little fuzzy it may be flexibacter. do a search on the net and you will find a lot of info.
