bigger tank?

I have a 55 gallon fowlr tank now. I'm itching to get something around 200. How much better is a 200 for water quality and fish habitat? (thus, this post in the Fish forum).
Other than the initial cost, is there any downside to a larger tank?
For bonus points, I'd love to hear some suggestions for equiping it. Thanks.

bigger is always better-stable water parameters, more space for fish
but you'll have to spend more for water changes and any chemicals you add also a pain to move so pick a spot where you really want it

Keep in mind the weight. Are you in an apartment or planning to put it on a second floor? I'd also say water changes (as joker said) and top offs for evaporation would be more time consuming.

Cost of lighting... that's the biggest friggin downside...
Seriously, lighting for a reef tank gets insane. For a FOWLR a 200 would be sweet.
Cost of setup is going to be a punch to the wallet (200-300 pounds of live rock ain't cheap)
Overall though, the bigger the better.
