Bio Cube 29 - Water pump too strong?

I have a Bio Cube 29 and i notice my Clown Fish are getting blown away to the other side of the tank. It seem like the current is too strong! What should i do? Is it ok with a strong current if i place corals near that area, im planning to add some corals but im scared they will be blown all over the place.

I also have a problem with the pump, it seem to be very loud... Vibrates and its pretty loud.
What kind of pump can i replace this stock one with, that is less noisy?
