Bio Cubes

What do you all think about the Oceanic BioCubes?
Are they worth the money?

There great for a clean look. As long as you dont want to add to it. Once you add then it gets messy and defeats the point.

What do you mean add to it? Kinda confused. I think you mean add or change to mod the system right?

Power heads
protein skimmer
sump/fuge
it takes wires and plumbing that ruin the ascetics of the tank. I like the sm tank cubes because its a all in one deal. I just dont like whats in the all.

I have the 14 and 29 Bio Cubes and work pretty good . They both use the same filter , but doesn`t work well in the 29 as it starves the pump . I think the pump in the 29 is a bit to strong , so I stopped using the stock filter and removed half the bio balls and layed filter material down instead .

okay thanks for the replies....I have heard that about the 29gal, people saying that the pump and filter system is almost too good. So some slight mods to the filter system are needed.
