I am setting up a brand new Biocube 29 gallon and I know it is best to remove the bioballs that come with the tank.
What do you guys recommend I replace them with?
In my last BioCube which was a failure, I had a sponge in there, something called Purigen, and some carbon. This did not work well at all, and I am looking for some other suggestions.
I have found this product:
Two Quart Box - 1 1⁄2” Spheres MarinePure Ceramic Biomedia
Thinking of using this and carbon and a few pieces of live rock.
Any other suggestions/ideas?
