You can see my inhabitants at the bottom of this! My Amonia and nitrites are 0, nitrates 10-15, KH 9-12!!! My clowns are about 1 and a half inches and so is one of the chromis. The other chromis is about 2 inches and so is the jawfish. Thats about 8 inches of fish in a 29 gallon tank. 5 gallons per inch rule leavs me needing about 40 gallons and I only have 30!!! I have a lot of inverts too on top of all this. I have not had any problems yet but I just added the jawfish yesterday! Everything else has been in there for at least 2 months. I figure that having a huge skimmer will remedy any overstocking along with bi-weekly water changes. Any opinions??? I certainly will not add any more fish or inverts to this tank! Maybe another coral but thats it.

And they only get bigger :D It's not like you went insane and threw in a tang or two on top of it. While the 1in of fish per 5gal is a good rule of thumb, it's not cast in iron, and there are exceptions. If you have a decent amount of filtration it will be fine. Clowns aren't like most fish, they tend to spend most of their time within about 5inches. They claim it as theirs and hover that basic area. (Not to say that they never move, but typically, they'll claim a spot as theirs and stick with it. Especially if there's an anemone.) They're just not huge swimmers like tangs.
If I recall my chromis information correctly however, they do get twice that size or so, and they do enjoy a lot of room to swim. I've never had them myself, so this is purely book knowledge on them. If they're doing alright, I don't really see a problem with it, since I can't see requiring a huge tank for 4in fish.
What kind of small sand sifter? A goby, a starfish, a cucumber, etc?

small sand-sifter starfish...I know everyone says that they eat pods and other good stuff but I think they are the coolest starfish! I want to get oter starfish but I have to be careful to get very small ones. I would like to get a blue linkia eventually.

that is quite a bit, but i really think that as long as you dont add any morefish you will be ok. Just keep your eye on them and if they get too big you might have to either get rid of em or get a bigger tank!
good luck
