Hi, I am an aquarist with a nanocube and I encouraged my friend to go marine with his 29 gallon tank he is going to buy. Well he is dead set on this bio-spira stuff to supposedly cycle his tank in 2 days instead of taking my advice and letting it cycle on its own with a piece of table shrimp. I cycled my tank the natural way, took about 6 weeks, which I liked because it is more natural than this stuff, I just don't trust it and I need to convince him of that. I believe that the natural way is really the best for the fish and just in the long run in general.
