Bio-wheel Sumps VS Bio-Ball Sumps

Hey everyone. Im thinking of purchasing a wet/dry sump filter. But i wanted you input on the following:
Which is better: a TidePool II Bio-wheel sump or a regular wet/dry sump with bio-balls(like the one make Maxi Reef or Versatile)??
So which Wet/Dry Sumps are better, Bio-Balls sumps or Bio-wheel sumps??
