BioCube 29 and Eshoff's HOB overflow

Hi guys!
Well,...I've FINALLY got all the parts to my puzzle. I have a canopy that was made for my biocube 29 so I can have LED bulbs mounted inside.
The only brainfart that I'm having is figuring out how/where to mount my HOB Eshoff overflow box...
Any ideas of how to do it or pictures of your tanks would be great! I'm thinking of simply removing the rest of my bioballs and placing the overflow box in the middle chamber. But with doing it this way, I'm afraid that the water in the third chamber with become stagnant. Any thoughts...?
Thanks!

Just curious as to why you wouldn't just run the filtration system the way it comes stock? it's actually quite efficient

It does run well,...I just want to make it run better. I've got a refuge/sump and a protein skimmer that'll fit under my stand.

I see. I'd put the overflow in that center chamber, it probably won't fit anywhere else and in order to keep the other chamber from going stagnant, you might need to put the return into there somehow. I haven't seen too many people modify them to have a separate sump system so I don't really know exactly what to tell you on this one. I might even consider cutting the plastic barriers down a little so that the overflow is pulling from all three chambers.
