Biocube 8

i have a biocube 8 gallon. i wanna know the best magnet to clean the glass off so it wont scratch......i was told the mag floats for acrylic suck,,,,

Your post is a little confusing. Is your tank made of glass or acrylic? If its acrylic, just get an acrylic-safe scrubber pad. Your tank is small so dont worry about a mag float.

well the biocube is glass and I just use a regular magfloat. the curve section of the glass is a little tricky to clean but it doesn't get scratched. with magnet cleaners the trick is to not get sand sandwiched between the glass cleaner. you can scratch the glass with any mag cleaner if your careless (hence another reason I went bare bottom on my main tank).
