biocube filter 29gallon help..

the wet&dry filters it comes with get dirty fast where can i buy like cotton sheets or anything of that sort so i can put it in the 3 lil square slots in the filter itself... like take out the dry&wet filter and cut out the carbon and remove the cotton and just stick in some cotton sheets or anything of that sort. u get what im sayin? i can post pics if needed

Get some filter floss.. or go to walmart and get some pillow stuffing

Yes you can do what you are saying but in stead of the sheets do what naNo-NeWb said and go to Walmart or one of the fabric stores and buy a bag of Polyester Fiber Fil.

i want sheets that other stuff will fall out wouldnt it just b messy? or im wrong
filter floss does that work just as good???

When I used floss to polish my water, I bought Polyester batting from the fabric store. It comes in sheets of different thickness. Also a lot cheaper then buying filter floss.
Oh yea, I cut it to fit the upper water tray up above the bio balls and stopped using the stock cartridges.
