A wierd noise had been happening every time I would first turn on the lights in my biocube 14 everyday for a week and usually it would go away or i would tap the top of the biocube and it would stop. Then today it happened again and then i turned the switch off, it stopped, but when I turned it back on the light didn't come on and hasn't since. Is the light broken or (as I fear) the ballast broken?!?! I have only had it for 2 months!!! help and thanks in advanced!!
