Bioload question

Hi, I just got thru leavin my tank fallow for a month because of an ich outbreak. I left all my inverts in there during the time. I want to add some fish now. I put the only survivor of the outbreak back in the tank (striped damsel) and hes doing fine and not showing any signs of infection.
Is there a guide on inches of fish per gallon like there is for freshwater. What would you guys recommend for my tank?
