Biomatrix skimmer?

Does anyone else use this skimmer? If you do I was wondering if you use any other kind of filtration with it.

I guess no one has this type <img src="graemlins//eek.gif" border="0" alt="[eek]" /> Ihave had no problems with them and have one on my 55 and my 70. My 55 and my 70 are clear with no problems but just wondered.
