biowheel powerhead and fish HELP

hello
ok heres what ive heard
take out the biowheel but the lfs said no but some other people yes because stuff builds up on it so biowheel lor no biowheel?
or powerheads some have said put in a powerhead to support corals i havent thoufgth about it but how do i get one of theses?
and fish
in my 12 nano i wantged to put a longnose hawkfish a clown and a royal gramma but its a bioload so 2 clowns and a warchman
i have heard that iit is ok to kepp 3 fish in there if yo keep up on your changes and water qualties... i plan on it besides this is going to be my addiction so i wouldnt mind doing it lol

so take it all in what do ya think?

i had biowheels on my tank but then decided to just take them off, and for powerheads i would get at least one it will help keep a good flow of water and you can get them and any LFS or walmart or online stores

I have a bio-wheel HOB filter, two power heads and a skimmer... My levels are perfect, so I don't know what everyone's talking about...

WHEN I AM ACCLIMATING A FISH SHOULD I TURN OFF MY FILTER WHEN I PUT THE FISH INTO THE TANK AFTER ACCLIMATING IT INTO THE BUCKET :notsure:

i run an emperor 400 and a protein skimmer in my 75 and my levels are stable 24/7 365 1/4 days a year, its really good and i have about 100 lbs of LR
