Birdsnest

Hi, i got a birdsnest frag and it looked awesome but then I had some Cyano bacteria lil breakout, it got on the birdsnest. I cleaned it and got rid of all algae and did some water changes. The tank is looking great now. But my birdsnest turned completely white. Is it dead?

It is in all likelyhood dead enough that it won't bounce back
Sps corals generally like clean, stable conditions. Make sure your tank stays pretty clean by doing water changes and makin sure you have a decent working skimmer or a very active fast growing macrogae in a refugium.
On the parameter side of things, keep temp stable at 78F. Keep salinity stable at 1.025. Keep calcium at 460ppm and alkalinity at 4mEQ/L or 10dKh. Also, pay attention to magnesium if your corals are growing slow. (Mg at ~1350ppm is the norm. )
