Black Algae???

I have had my tank set up for about 3 months. I added more fish and now I have black algae. It has bubbles underneath it also. I was just wondering what I should do?

u gotta picture? I never herd of "black" algae before. Maybe a dark green or dark brown or dark red?

Cyanobateria comes in every color from bright red to black and everything in between.
