Very nice fish. At first I though oh no why would he buy a venomous blenny, but then I looked it up and it is the fang blennies not the comb tooth that are venomous.
The Black Combtooth Blenny - also known as Namive's Blenny or the Yellowtail Black Blenny (Ecsenius namiyei)
The black sail fin is (Atrosalarias fuscus) close but no cigar

The fang blenny will mimic a cleaner fish and take a nice chuck out of unsuspecting fish a definite no no for a DT. IMO

Interesting that you mentioned that yours have these electric blue markings on his face and body. Mine has sky light blue ones and they don't show up all the time. I think when he gets excited about something, that is when they almost glow. Does yours have the coloring all the time or on occasion?

Not all the time that’s why its hard to get a good pic can you post a pic of your blenny you may very well have a black comb tooth they are not to easy to come by and if you do great I am 100% sure that I have one just rememberd the blue color was more prevalent in QT so it may be somewhat stress induced comb tooth blennys have a yellow white tail
