hay every body i just bought a baby black dog face puffer i no i should not of with the little info i have on them but it the guy at my local fish store gave me a deal the wanted $150 so i sad if i buy the dog face and the wet dry since i need one to finish my hundred and eighty gallon will you give me 50 off and since i all was do bussness with him and he knows me pretty well he said ya shure.

i dont know all the differences between a black dogface and a regular one, but my pet store had a big regular one for only 40$

Well there is a all black Dog now coming into the trade more often and they are in that price range. If it is a grey with a black line on its face then it is a common variety. But heck I always say (it justify's some of my crazyness) if you want it and will pay the price go for it. Hopefully you got the rare one in which case it was a good deal for you. Be aware tho it will get large and if you feed heavy it will get large fast. As mentioned before I had a baby Dog that was less then 2 inches I bought 2 years ago now it is close to 15 inches and a eating machine (including any tankmates I tired till I gave up and left it by itself).
