i noticed today that my yellow dwarf angel has dark patches forming behind each of its eyes. is this a disease of some sort?

i have had this fish for about 5 months now, and it has been great up until now. i just did a water change last week, but it wasnt major, only 10 gallons. i feed it flake food (cant remember the name) and seaweed selects and it eats both of them fine. i am fairly new at this still (about 6 months into it), so i am still learning, but i tested my water with my kit that i have and my ammonia is zero, salinity, ph, and nitrates are fine (dont remember the numbers but according to the color chart on the tester, they are fine). the only fish i have added recently is a lawnmower blenny, other than that, my signature below is up to date as far as the inhabitants go. im doing fairly well i guess, as i have yet to have a fish die on me, even with the ich i had :).
i will say that when i did the water change i inadvertantly stirred up the waste and stuff in the bottom of the sump, and it ended up going in the tank, could that have caused anything?
thanks for the help
Rich

I would suggest adding a good deal more variety into the diet, to include a variety of either frozen hobby foods, or, better, fresh foods that you can mix up yourself.
Also, try using either Zoe or Zoecon as a vitimin supplement, adding it directly to the food about an hr before offerring it to the fish.

You can get it at the LFS, zoecon is a little better. Also while your there, if they sell frozen foods, look for some emerald entree. Its got a blend of greens and such for dwarf angels and tangs to help out with the diet. HTH
