Black Ich Confusion

I ran a search and found the replies about split in half either ich, or natural color changes in juvi's.
I bought my percs about 4 months ago and they were quite small,one has triple in size and the other has doubled..are they considered juvi's?
Today they both have black spots,not dots & larger than grains of salt..the female also looks like her front black stripe is blending/bleeding outward?My other fish, a LMB & a coral beauty show no signs.I'm really needing your opinions as to what you think this may be.If it is black ich..is fw the next best alternative besides hypo?I don't have a hospital tank as I wasn't planning on any more fish and have never had any other fish illnesses..I know that's no excuse.

Yes, they are juvis still. Are these just skin spots, or does it appear to be something attached or raised on the skin?
Have you added any new fish lately?

thanks for your reply,Beth..The spots appear to be flush w/their skin.
It happened after 3am this morning, when I finally removed my face from the glass.
I did introduce a coral beauty about 9 weeks ago,it is fine,I also introduced ALOT of new corals last Thursday.They are still eating like their usual piggish selves,breathing is fine, & no scratching.
Thank you again for your time.And Pleeeeaaase tell me it's just perc freckles like you did another member..j/k..break it to me softly though..I'm tapped out at the moment.

Sounds like juvi spots to me...you know, like when teens get too many zits....
