I have a 85 gallon reef tank with live rock, sand, corals etc. etc.. I have noticed in the last few months that my two Clarks clownfish have developed something that looks almost like black ich? Is this an actual disease just called something else, is there a way to treat it, is this just the maturing looks of the fish or what???My other fish in my tank don't seem to be affected by it at all but if I can save the tank I will do anything, I do not want to lose all of my fish if there is anything i can do.Please any suggestions or comments would be great appreciated. thank you.

Does this mean that you have noticed black ick coming and going on these fish or they have had black ick for 2 mos? Please give more specifics as to fish condition and what they are experiencing. Describe what you are seeing, is it coming and going, are the fish well otherwise, etc?
What have you done about it so far?
Yes, there is a disease called black ick. It is not as deadly as ick which may be why you see the disease off and on, but it does need to be addressed if it is black ick. Give more details. Do you have a hospital tank?
