Black saddle clown ?

Hello all,
Quick question about the Black Saddle Back Clownfish,
are they good clowns to keep in groups? Meaning I am thinking about putting 4 clowns together 2 Black saddles and maybe 2 True Perculas will they get along? Thank you.

I am hardly an expert on clown fish, but I have always been told never to put that many in one tank. In fact, you really shouldn't put more than one unless you buy two at the same time (which I did). My two perculas get along fine, but a friend had three and two of them ganged up on the third and killed it.

I'm sorry to hear that. I did alittle research on the clowns
found that some can live in groups even if not of the same kind. Then there are those that are monsters. It sounds like your friend had three clowns that might have been 1 male and 2 females, the females will fight to the death in many cases. I really wasnt able to find much on the saddle backs. But i will not take any chances. Thank you for the info though.
