black spot naso tang, with pic

These black spots have just came about in the last few days. does not look like ick, more in the skin instead of on top of skin like ick.

The naso seems to be in good health. It still eats & swims as normal. Tank paramaters are in check with my tests as well as test from LFS.

That looks like black ich. Take a look at the tangs in the Diseased Fish Thread who have black ich to see it that is the correct diagnoses. Formalin Bath is the treatment and the procedure is detailed in the FAQ Thread.
