Black Spots on Cleaner Shrimp..

So the question is exactly as stated, I noticed today when I got home my cleaner shrimp has black spots on either side of his body. They are not like polka dots but more like blotches, what might this be, and should I be concerned?

is it one on each side of the body? If so, I think that is the stomach contents.

Yeah it is on both sides and seems to be looking better today?

did you feed something dark in color recently?
Would the spots make sense to be the stomach (location, size)???
With them being pretty much transparent, you can normally see the color of the food that they have eaten....i.e. if you feed red today, the spots would seem red, if you fed something darker, they would seem darker.

I may have the rods food I feed has some darker chunks in it. The spots apear to be on the outside of him, and then the stomach behind them?
